Cleveland Terrace

Simon Dance Design was commissioned to design an apartment in central London, located on the first floor of a freestanding Georgian house. The proposal consisted of two distinct areas - one for open plan living and entertaining in the form of dining/kitchen, library, living

spaces, and private rooms for sleeping and bathing. The living area flows off the entrance lobby/library, with the home office and storage integrated into an L-shaped volume that also houses a bedroom beyond. A simple palette of materials is used throughout.
