Retail Centre

Simon Dance Design was appointed to develop a masterplan for a new retail centre, retail park and mixed use development in Voronezh, Russia. The key masterplan element is the winter garden linking the retail centre and planned expansion vertically and

horizontally. It will form a destination, through landscaping, interactive public art, cafes and restaurants. A spiral ramp links the park on the upper level and restaurants, cafes and galleries at ground.
